David’s take on the role of a FOGO:
A special breed, the FOGO, which stands for Face-Off Get-Off (i.e. the field), is a role specifically designed for highly competitive individuals who have a self-imposed drive for perfection. FOGO's often tend to be the unsung warriors of their teams. It is our goal to share and teach our campers how to mentally and physically prepare themselves to compete at the face-off X at the highest level of lacrosse.
